"Vallejo Game Color":

105 ACRYLIC COLOURS FOR PLAYERS AND COLLECTORS OF MINIATURE GAMES (FANTASY GAMES OR OTHER WARGAMES). PARTICULARLY DESIGNED FOR ADHERENCE ON PLASTICS AND METALS.

Game Color is a special selection of waterbased acrylic colours for players and collectors of Miniatures Games (Fantasy Games or other War Games). This compact range has been especially developed to contain all the frequently used colours in fantasy figures, in a formula particulary designed for adherence on plastics and metals, using a new resin of unequalled durability and resistance to scrapes and abrasion.

Colours brush on easily and smoothly, and dry to an opaque, matte finish. Their finely ground texture makes them perfect for the most miniature details as well as for large surfaces.

They are highly pigmented, light fast and waterproof once dry, and are packaged in a spillproof plastic 17 ml. bottle with eyedropper. All colours can be mixed with one another and diluted with water. Errors can be corrected inmediately with water or a small amoun of alcohol.

Game colour is manufactured in accordance with ECC normatives, and is not inflammable nor toxic in normal use.

"Vallejo Model Color":

THE WIDEST RANGE OF WATER BASED ACRYLIC-VINYLIC COLORS FOR MINIATURE AND MODEL PAINTING, ESPECIALLY FORMULATED FOR METAL AND PLASTIC SURFACES

The Modelcolor range contains 208 colors and an extensive assortment of mediums and varnishes, designed especially for Miniature and Modelpainting. The colors have been chosen with the help and advice of the best model painters from many countries. Those colors which have corresponding Federal Standard, Ral and RLM equivalencies are so identified.

Modelcolor has been formulated with permanent pigments for fine arts; all colors are completely lightfast and opaque, (with the exception of the fluorescent and transparent colors, which are semi-opaque). A few metallic pigments (in an alcohol base) are included in the range, since these give a harder brilliance than the waterbased metallics.

The consistency of Modelcolor allows for an extremely smooth and uniform paintfilm, with no trace of brushstrokes. Professional model painters always work with a wet brush and dilute the paint with water or Mat Medium, applying many thin layers to achieve depth and shadows. Colors may also be diluted with other Mediums

The waterbased formula of Modelcolor has been specifically developed for adherence on difficult surfaces such as metal and plastic, but the product is not toxic, not flammable, and does not give off noxious fumes. Errors can be corrected immediately with water or alcohol Modelcolor dries quickly to a matte, even and waterproof finish. Exact drying time depends on the temperature and humidity of the environment, on the surface which has been painted, and on the thickness of the paint layer - although the colors are dry to the touch within minutes, the water content keeps on evaporating, and the paint does not acquire its true permanence until several weeks after application.

"Vallejo Model Air Color":

A RANGE OF WATERBASED ACRYLIC COLORS, DEVELOPED ESPECIALLY FOR AIRBRUSH TECHNIQUES. THE FORMULA CONTAINS A NEW ACRYLIC RESIN WHICH OFFERS EXCEPCIONAL QUALITIES OF COVERING POWER, HARDNESS AND RESISTENCE.

The colours have been very carefully chosen to provide the model-painter with the references most frequently employed. Tests have been carried out for over two years to develop the tonalities which correspond to the RLM, RAL and FEDERAL STANDARD colours commonly used.

Model Air adheres exceptionally well to all surfaces. The adhesion of Model Air to resin models, plastics, steel and white metal is extraordinary.

A color system designed in collaboration with Panzer Aces Magazine for reproducing the colors of the uniforms of tank-crews and general armed forces in WWII. In order to simplify the method of painting the uniforms of the crew of military vehicles in the Second World War, the specialists on the staff of Panzer Aces Magazine have created a series of colours which coincide with the standard shades of these uniforms. All uniforms consist of a base and a lighter color for high lighting and grading. Three colors have been selected for the fleshtones, as well as a series of colors to reproduce the design of Splinter Camouflage, printed on many of the garments and canvas equipment of the German Army.
